Air Comfort of KY is an Exceptional Company with matching customer service skills. I had to reschedule My appointment with them at the last minute twice. They were very understanding of My circumstances and were happy to reschedule. Mindy(The Young Lady answering the phone) was very friendly and kept Me informed about My technician and his arrival. Scott(My Technician) worked quickly; he took all the measurements, answered My questions, and left My some literature so I would have all the information I needed to make an informed decision.
